Ackerman DPS Calculator — per-second read for Ackerman mains

The main calculator on the homepage lets you pick any class. This one locks you to Ackerman and reports per-second, per-hour, and grind-time-to-40M numbers — which is what I actually want when I'm deciding whether a run setup is worth my time. Inputs are the three variables that move the Ackerman DPS needle: serum tier, Luck tier, boss.

Per-run damage: 2.17M across about 4.5 minutes of dungeon clear, which works out to 19 runs for a 40M milestone.

How I calibrated these numbers

Ackerman multiplier of 1.45x comes from my post-UPDATE-4 Colossal runs — 12 runs at Tier-A Luck II, baseline around 1.15M serum, observed damage averaged 2.4M with a ±8% standard deviation. Backing out the modifiers: 2.4M ≈ 1.15M × 1.45 × 1.30 (Luck II factor) × 1.0 (Colossal) lands me back inside the observed range. That's the 1.45 anchor.

Boss vulnerabilities are the same constants my main calculator uses. Armored's 0.78 is the nape-plate penalty. Beast's 0.94 is slightly off the pure-ODM baseline because Ackerman crits don't chain as cleanly against Beast's projectile phase. Colossal is the reference at 1.0.

Luck's +15% per tier is a compressed model. Individual runs spike ±15% due to RNG even at the same tier — so treat the DPS above as a 5-run median, not a single fight reading.

What I actually use this for

Three decisions this calculator helps me make before I sit down for a session:

  • Is tonight worth it? If I'm on Tier-B Luck I, grinding 40M takes around 5 hours. Not a week-night commit. Save for the weekend.
  • Where's my biggest lift? Swap the inputs one at a time. Whatever single change buys the most DPS is my next grind target.
  • Which boss tonight? At the same stats, Colossal DPS is usually 25%+ above Armored. If I'm doing a fixed-time session, Colossal wins the throughput race unless I'm farming Armored-specific drops.

Honesty clause
